We offer free returns and exchanges for U.S orders. We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are unfortunately unable to provide shipping labels on returns and exchanges for international orders.
Just send us an email at Info@twofeathers.co to get started. We will email you a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions. For exchanges, please include which size you would like to exchange in the email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 business days.
